  • Pilot project of obtaining technical conditions (TU) from KP “Kyivteploenergo” for connecting a private boiler house to the company’s heat networks. During three heating seasons, a private boiler house heats customers through the heating networks of KP “Kyivteploenergo”.
  • Participation in the working group under the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine to solve problematic issues arising during the production of thermal energy from alternative energy sources.
  • Together with the State Energy Efficiency Agency, a draft of amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Heat Supply” was developed, taking into account the proposals of the Ministry, the State Energy Efficiency Agency, UABIO and market participants from various regions.
  • Submission of the draft law for consideration by the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on energy and communal services.
  • Participation of the Association in the development of a bill on the cancellation of the moratorium on the increase of heat tariffs in 2023; the draft of changes was submitted through the Verkhovna Rada Committee.
  • Proposals were submitted to the VRU Committee on Energy and Housing and Communal Services regarding the reform of the heat market according to the Lithuanian model to ensure competition and increase the efficiency of the sector.
  • Involvement during martial law of the Czech Investment Fund “RSJ” to finance the construction of heat generation facilities based on renewable energy sources.
  • In 2023, 11 boiler plants (16 MW) and a plant for the production of wood pellets with a capacity of 14,000 t/year were financed.
  • The construction of a biofuel boiler plant with a capacity of 3 MW in the city of Kyiv has been completed.
  • Development of 10 projects for the construction of biofuel boiler houses and a plant for the production of agricultural pellets with a capacity of 60,000 t/year.
